ahh, we should really compare the positive-rates instead of the total numbers of confirmed
cases, when we compare countries.
For one country this may be proportional, so the trend is the same.
But e.g. South Korea - with USA-standards they never had an outbreak,

So stupid, that WHO only requires positive-counts not negative ones,
which are as easy to collect and report as positive ones.
